Calls

Calls are recorded for safety, quality and training. Callers hear this at the start of every call, and hear that they are speaking to AI.

To pass a request to the plumber, NightPager stores the caller's name, number, location, reason for calling, recording and transcript, plus the plumber's text commands.

Calls are answered with Retell AI, texts and alert calls are sent with Twilio, payments are handled by Stripe, and the service runs on Cloudflare. They handle this information only to provide the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

SMS Terms

• Plumbers who use NightPager get emergency alerts, urgent-job notices, a morning summary and replies to their text commands. They agree to these texts when they sign up, on our sign-up form or in a written agreement.
• An on-call helper a plumber names gets emergency alerts for that plumber, and is told by text when they are added.
• A caller who gives a callback number may get up to two texts about that request. No marketing texts are ever sent.

Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

This website

The trial sign-up form collects your name, business name, cell number, email, business number and service area, so we can set up your line. We also keep the date, time and your consent to texts as a record. Card details are entered on Stripe's page; we never see or store your card number. No ad-tracking pixels.
